Until a significant relationship is established between Grapevine Translations and you or your company, we require a financial commitment prior to the mobilization of a translation team.

When a project is agreed upon, Grapevine Translations immediately invests the time and resources, financial or otherwise, of several team members. Pre-translation editing and glossary compilation occurs even before receipt of your pre-payment. To ensure that our resources will not be wasted should your mind change mid-way, a 25-50% down payment is required.

Payment procedures will be discussed in detail after our initial quotation.
